Non-retail commercial projects include projects to develop or redevelop office space, restaurants, hotels, cultural and entertainment facilities, health and wellness facilities and general commercial space.

Industrial Projects

Projects with an industrial component comprised approximately 11%, or 17 projects, out of the 154 projects included in the data set. Of these 17 projects, only 1 project was a Mixed Use project with an industrial component. The other 16 projects were exclusively industrial projects. The remainder of this Section will focus on those 16 projects. On average, the City pledged TIF assistance in an amount equal to approximately 22% of the total project budget for the industrial projects.
