Yu Li brings to Polsky & Associates her expertise in finance, public finance, and her quantitative skills in variance analysis, revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and programming. As a financial analyst, she works with clients in developing models for public/private partnerships.

Prior to joining Polsky & Associates, Ms. Li was a project assistant with Baosteel International Economic & Trading Co. Ltd and Technip Engineering Consultant (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. where she worked in budget management.

Ms. Li holds a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in public finance from the University of Chicago, Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy, as well as a MBA degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Melbourne, Melbourne Business School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & English from Xian Foreign Languages University, China.
